Due to the custom nature of our jerseys they are non-returnable. Each item is individually tailored to your specific preferences, making it uniquely yours. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your custom product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Errors on Our Part: If we make an error in the customization process, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Once an order for a custom product has been placed, cancellations can only be made within 8 hours of the order being confirmed. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Shipping is FREE of charge to anywhere in North America. Orders normally ship 3-4 weeks from when the design is finalized and the invoice is paid.
